Cam joined Bay Law Office in 2023 after working at a leading New Zealand law firm and works as part of Craig Nelson’s commercial team.
Cam acts for both private and corporate clients across a range of commercial and property matters, with a focus on New Zealand’s climate change laws, including the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and emerging voluntary carbon markets. This includes advising on forestry rights, leasing and other land‑based arrangements for carbon projects.
Cam is involved in general commercial matters, including commercial contracts, business structuring, commercial property, forestry, leasing and due diligence, and regularly assists with regulatory and policy‑related work, including submissions and advice on legislative change.
